We’re looking for a driven Sales Manager with apartment locating experience to lead our Denver team! If you're passionate about real estate, mentoring agents, and building high-performing teams, this could be a perfect fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead recruitment efforts to hire experienced agents to the team.

  • Manage agents’ performance by hosting training sessions and providing ongoing support.

  • Organize agent onboarding and in-person events, such as property tours and awards events.

Requirements:

  • Passionate about mentorship and leadership, with a proactive spirit and positive mindset that can inspire and guide agents to grow a successful real estate business with Relive.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of apartment locating experience with proven results.

  • Strong social media presence to attract and engage top talent.

  • Excellent organizational skills to manage recruitment and team development.

Compensation:

  • Base salary: $7,000 per month.

  • Performance bonus: 2% of the Denver team monthly revenue.

  • Health insurance fully covered by Relive.
